The tool is provided free of charge, "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and correct, but we're not liable for lost time, lost data, or any other damages arising from its use — including from files being auto-deleted on the TTL described in our Privacy page. Keep your own copy of any file you care about.
Don't upload files you don't have the right to process, or use the service in a way that disrupts it for other people (for example, automated bulk uploads outside of normal use).
Buying a listing is a one-time payment for a display name (and optional link) shown on the supporters page. Because the listing is created immediately after payment, you agree that the service is fully performed at that point and the statutory EU right of withdrawal for digital content does not apply from then on. We reserve the right to edit or remove a listing at our discretion — for example, an offensive name or a link to spammy or illegal content — without refund.
